Finance Support Officer - UAEN
Job Purpose
The Finance Support Officer is an entry-level role aimed at developing UAE Nationals by providing hands-on experience in core finance and accounting functions. The role supports daily financial operations while building the skills required for long-term career growth within the finance department.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily finance operations, including data entry, invoice processing, and documentation.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities.
Maintain accurate financial records and files in line with company policies.
Support preparation of basic financial reports and reconciliations.
Coordinate with internal departments and vendors on finance-related matters.
Assist during month-end closing and audits as required.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: High School Diploma (Diploma/Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting preferred)
Experience: 0–2 years of finance or administrative experience; fresh graduates welcome
Nationality: UAE National only
