Digital and Media Support Officer - UAEN
Job Purpose
The Digital & Media Support Officer is an entry-level role aimed at developing UAE Nationals by providing hands-on experience in digital content management, media coordination, and basic marketing support functions. The role assists in maintaining the organization’s digital presence, supporting internal and external communication initiatives, and building foundational skills required for long-term career growth within the digital and media function.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day digital and media activities including content uploads, updates, and basic design coordination.
Assist in managing social media platforms by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and maintaining content calendars.
Help maintain and update website content under supervision to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect digital assets, photos, videos, and promotional materials.
Assist in preparing basic reports on digital performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and website activity.
Support media documentation, file organization, and digital asset management processes.
Assist with event coverage preparation including media coordination and content compilation.
Ensure adherence to company branding guidelines and digital communication standards.
Provide administrative and operational support to the Digital/Marketing team as assigned by the Direct Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: High School Diploma (Diploma/Bachelor’s in Marketing, Media, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field preferred)
Experience: 0–2 years of digital media, marketing support, communications, or administrative experience; fresh graduates welcome
Nationality: UAE National only
Skills & Competencies
Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital communication tools
Creative thinking with attention to detail and visual consistency
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with basic design or content tools is an advantage
Good written and verbal communication skills
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
High ethical standards and professionalism
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Timely and accurate content uploads and updates across digital platforms
Adherence to content calendars and assigned digital tasks
